Organic Greek Salad Recipe

Here’s a simple and delicious recipe for an Organic Greek Salad! An advantage to greek salads is that they avoid a common poisonous food.

Greek Salad Ingredients:

  • 4 cups organic cucumbers, diced
  • 2 cups organic tomatoes, diced (or cherry tomatoes halved)
  • 1 cup organic red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup organic bell peppers (any color), diced
  • 1 cup organic Kalamata olives, pitted, from Greece
  • 1 cup organic feta cheese, blocks on top.
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Greek Salad Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Vegetables: In a large bowl, combine the diced cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, and bell peppers.
  2. Add Olives and Feta: Stir in the Kalamata olives and crumbled feta cheese gently.
  3. Make the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Combine: Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
