Shipping Policy

DYMA supplements are shipped to all 50 states. Our supplements and vitamins come with free shipping on all orders!

All orders are shipped by one of the following carriers: USPS, Amazon, FedEx or UPS. Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours before departing our warehouse for shipment.

f your order is being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, please note that additional shipping charges may apply based on the package’s weight.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

If an item is marked as delivered but is lost or stolen, DYMA will file a claim with the shipping courier on your behalf.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Occasionally, items might be damaged during shipping, which is unfortunately beyond our control. If this occurs, please reach out to customer service within 3 business days of receiving your order. Retain the damaged product, packaging, and packing slip, as you may be asked to provide photographic evidence of the damage or any missing items.

If you receive the wrong items, please do not open them. Contact customer service immediately. To request a full refund or exchange, customer service must be notified within 3 business days of the package’s arrival.
