Keto Fried Chicken Ingredients:

2 lbs of Organic chicken (breasts, strips, tenders etc).
2 cups unflavored whey protein powder
2 Liters of peanut oil (or Avocado, if allergic)
4 Organic Eggs
2 ½ Cups of grass fed buttermilk
2 tsp celtic salt
2 tbsp white pepper
1 tsp rosemary powder
½ tsp sage
1 tsp of black pepper
½ tsp celery seed powder
1 tsp mustard powder
2 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp oregano
1 ½ tbsp paprika
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp thyme

Keto Chicken Cooking Instructions:

Combine all spices in a bowl and set aside half of the mixture. In a large bowl, mix buttermilk, beaten eggs, and half of the spice blend. Add chicken, ensuring it’s fully coated.
